Unfortunately all appointments in the next few weeks have consequently been cancelled and we will contact affected clients directly by email.

Gloster Aviation Medicals offers EASA and FAA medicals (apart from initial EASA Class 1) for pilots, air traffic controllers and cabin crew. We are conveniently located at Gloucestershire Airport, 2 miles from J11 of the M5. The medical team comprises Dr Ian Ramsay and Dr Emma Ramsay, assisted by Mrs Elizabeth Ramsay.
Drs Ian and Emma Ramsay are qualified to undertake all EASA medicals, excepting the initial issue of a Class 1 medical. Ian and Emma are both senior FAA medical examiners. They can undertake all classes of FAA medicals (including First Class initials) which can if necessary be completed at the same time as an EASA medical examination.
A chaperone will be present for all female applicants undergoing an examination with Dr Ian Ramsay and will be available for male applicants upon request. A chaperone is available on request for all applicants undergoing an examination with Dr Emma Ramsay.
Gloster Aviation Medicals offers an on-line booking service. Alternatively, please contact us and we will respond to your query as soon as possible. We offer medicals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Ian and Emma can undertake medical examinations on behalf of the FAA in addition to EASA. They are able to undertake joint authority examinations during a single visit.
In addition to regular aviation medical services, Ian and Emma offer support and consultation on all medical aspects that may have an impact on your flying licence.
